Job Description

Electro-Mechanical Reliability Technician

At Techo-Bloc in Douglassville, PA, we build more than pavers—we build careers people take pride in. Step into a high-automation environment where craftsmanship, teamwork, and continuous improvement drive everything we do.

A day in this role

It’s 4:30 AM and the first lines hum to life. You walk the floor, senses tuned—listening for a rough-running gearbox, feeling for heat on a bearing housing, scanning HMI alarms. By 6:00 AM, you’ve traced a conveyor fault to a failed sensor, aligned a motor/gearbox set, and verified a VFD parameter tweak on an SEW drive. Midday brings a hydraulic hose build and a quick stick weld to get a guard back in spec. Before shift end, you log PMs, order parts, and partner with production to plan a preventative changeover.
