The Arc of Centre County is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in their homes and throughout their Centre County communities.

What We Offer$600 Sign-On, Stay-On Bonus in 2026!
Weekend-only DSPs start at $19 per hour (rate varies with shift differentials)

As a Direct Support Professional, you will:
Assist individuals with daily living skills and personal goals
Support community engagement, social activities, and independence
Help create a safe, healthy, and empowering home environment
Build genuine relationships that make a real impact
No experience? No problem. We provide training, mentorship, and ongoing support.
