File Maintenance Clerk (YOUNGWOOD)

We are currently seeking File Maintenance Clerks to join our team in our Youngwood, PA office. This is a great opportunity for detail-oriented individuals to start and grow their careers with paid training, hands-on support, and ongoing learning.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Research, process & update Pennsylvania Taxpayer accounts
- Sort tax documents & interpret information to be entered into database
- Maintain accuracy & confidentiality of taxpayer accounts
- Run & maintain reports for various departments
- Complete all tasks in a timely manner while meeting company standards
- Additional duties may be assigned
SCHEDULE + LOCATION:
- Start Date: April 20th, 2026
- Full-time Schedule
- Monday - Thursday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm; Friday: 8:30 am - 3:00 pm
- No weekends!
- On-site in our Youngwood, PA office
- Once released from initial trainings (~4 months), hybrid (office/remote) work environment is available for this position as business needs dictate and if performance is maintained
PAY + BENEFITS:
