Advanced Data Entry

Champtires is seeking a highly motivated, detail‑oriented, and reliable Advanced Data Entry Specialist to support our inventory pricing and listing operations. This role is critical to ensuring that inbound inventory is accurately priced, properly prepared, and ready to be listed for sale across all applicable platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently price all inbound inventory , ensuring consistency and correctness.
- Identify, prevent, and resolve pricing discrepancies or errors .
- Ensure all tires in inventory are available for sale with correct pricing, photos, and platform visibility.
- Assist with data entry projects , including data cleanups and system updates.
- Perform additional operational tasks as assigned to support the inventory and listing workflow.
Qualifications
A successful candidate will:
- Demonstrate excellent computer proficiency and strong data entry skills.
- Be reliable , punctual, and committed to high-quality work.
- Exhibit exceptional attention to detail and strong communication abilities.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Learn new tasks quickly and perform them at a consistently high level.
- (Preferred but not required) Have prior experience in the tire or automotive industry .
