Hiring Level 1-3 CNC talent with openings on 1st SHIFT (7am-3:30pm) and 2nd SHIFT (3pm-11:30pm).

What you’ll do

• Set up and run CNC turning and 3-/5-axis vertical and horizontal milling
• Build/select tools, create fixtures, and machine to tight tolerances
• Execute to drawings, BOMs, work instructions, and safety requirements
• Follow QMS procedures; complete in-process inspections and record results
• Perform daily preventive maintenance and maintain a clean workstation

What you’ll bring

• Precision CNC machining experience: programming and/or execution
• Milling background preferred: 3-axis, 3+2, 4-axis, Full 5-axis
• Turning background preferred: Mill-turn, traditional lathe, swiss lathe
• Apprenticeship or Associate’s Degree preferred
• Fluency reading drawings, BOMs, and work aids
• Math/technical skills: algebra, geometry, decimals, fractions, metrology tools

• CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC)
• CNC Lathe (2-4 axis)
• CNC Swiss Lathe
• CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC)
• CNC Lathe (5+ axis)
