THE ROLE

This is a hybrid position combining bussing and food running — you'll be one of the most active people on the floor, keeping tables turning and food moving without missing a beat.

- Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and quietly between courses and after guests depart

- Run food from the kitchen to the correct table promptly, confirming seat positions and accuracy of every dish before setting it down

- Communicate clearly with kitchen and server teams to keep ticket times and table turns on pace

- Keep water glasses filled, bread refreshed, and tables tidy throughout service

- Support servers during peak rushes so the guest experience never slows down

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, expo line, and dining room

- Assist with setup and breakdown of the dining room before and after service

- Familiarity with proper tray service and table reset standards

- Understanding of course timing and kitchen-to-floor flow

- Ability to read a floor plan and seating chart
