Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary

HireFrontier is hiring an Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Coordinator in Philadelphia, a great starting point in sales, marketing, recruiting, and business development. No prior experience needed; we provide full training for coachable, motivated candidates.

Responsibilities

● Support recruitment marketing campaigns and employer branding activities

● Help identify prospective clients and staffing opportunities

● Build relationships with job seekers, clients, and partners

● Help generate leads and awareness of HireFrontier's services

● Represent the company at career fairs, hiring events, and community outreach

● Help create and distribute marketing materials

● Coordinate recruiting events, interviews, and candidate engagement

● Partner with recruiters and sales pros to improve strategies

● Conduct basic market research on hiring trends and competitors

● Track campaign performance and support KPI reporting

● Provide admin support: data entry, CRM updates, scheduling

● Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS

● Deliver strong customer service to candidates and clients

● Support onboarding communication and documentation

Qualifications

● High school diploma or GED required; Associate's/Bachelor's a plus

● Strong verbal/written communication

● Excellent relationship-building skills

● Positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic

● Energetic, self-motivated, people-focused

● Open to coaching and professional development

● Organized multitasker in a fast-paced setting

● Interest in staffing, recruiting, HR, sales, or marketing

● Basic Microsoft Office and CRM proficiency

● Retail, hospitality, sales, or team-based experience a plus
