Accountability: Processing Manager

Status: Full Time/Part Time (up to 28 Hours); Non-Exempt

Purpose: Assist in the organization and flow of merchandise in the warehouse, loading and unloading areas, and storage areas. Assist in organizing items stored for the stores.

Duties:

• Operate forklift and pallet jack to move and store items on appropriate shelves and areas.
• Assist in stocking shelves and organizing items in warehouse.
• Assist in the maintenance of the forklift and pallet jacks by performing routine service.
• Receiving donated items from customers.
• Assist in the processing of donations.
• Assist with customer purchases in store as needed.
• Keep the warehouse clean of trash and organized.
• Be part of staff meetings and team building.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Ability to operate a forklift
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Good organizer
• Courteous, relates well with people
• Willing to adhere to Jubilee’s Mission Statement, Core Values, Statement of Faith, Position Statements, and Employee Code of Conduct

Working Conditions/Physical Factors: Occasionally= 1-33% Frequently= 34-66% Continuously= 67%-100%

• Standing/Walking- Continuously
• Lifting (under 25lbs)- Frequently
• Lifting (over 25lbs)- Occasionally
• Use of Forklift/Pallet Jack- Frequently
• Interacting with Customers/Donors-Frequently
• Warehouse can be cooler in the winter and hot in summer
• Some evenings and Saturdays may be required
