Cnc Machinist
IMMEDIATE openings for CNC Machinists!!! ***WEEKLY PAY***
Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Set up and operate CNC and/or manual milling machines to fabricate precision parts. Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical instructions to determine machining processes and requirements.
- Tooling and Setup: Select and install appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and accessories for machining tasks. Perform machine setup, including alignment, calibration, and tool adjustments.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure they meet specifications. Identify and troubleshoot machining issues to maintain high standards of quality.
- Maintenance and Safety: Perform routine maintenance on milling machines and ensure equipment is in good working condition. Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and team members to optimize machining processes and meet production goals. Provide feedback on design and process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in operating and programming CNC milling machines (e.g., HAAS, the person, or Fanuc controls).
- Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a milling machinist in a precision manufacturing environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in machining is preferred.
- Certifications in machining or CNC programming.
- Experience working in AS9100 or ISO 9001 certified environments.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
Hours: Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
