DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this position, you will be responsible for planning and organizing a comprehensive patient nutrition care program, including those requiring therapeutic or prescribed diets. Responsibilities include developing, modifying, and implementing menus and individualized nutrition care plans in accordance with physicians' orders and established nutritional standards. The nutrition care program also encompasses conducting nutritional assessments, reviewing diet histories, and completing required medical record documentation. Work is performed with a high degree of initiative and independent professional judgment.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

• Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
• Work hours are 1st shift (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM), Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
• Overtime and travel: As needed
• Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
• Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS

Special Requirements:

• You must possess certification as a Registered Dietitian as defined by the Commission on Registration of the American Dietetic Association; or proof of eligibility for such certification.

• You must be able to perform essential job functions.
