Based in Canonsburg, PA | Regional Day Travel (PA, OH, WV)
Full-Time | 50–60 Hours/Week + Overtime

Growing Seasons Landscaping (GSL) is looking for dependable crew members to join our Well Services team .
This is a hands-on outdoor job working on erosion control, site cleanup, and environmental projects. If you’re willing to work hard and show up consistently, we’ll teach you the rest.
What You’ll Do
- Install erosion control (silt fence, straw, matting)
- Perform site cleanup, seeding, and vegetation work
- Clean drainage areas, culverts, and job sites
- Set up traffic control and maintain safe work zones
- Use tools like chainsaws, weed whackers, and brush hogs
- Assist with grading, hauling, and general labor
- Help maintain trucks, trailers, and equipment
❄️ Year-Round Work (Includes Winter)
- Snow plowing and salting (training provided)
- Operate skid steers and plow trucks
- Overtime available during snow events
What You Need
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather
- Reliable transportation to meet crew
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Construction or landscaping experience
- Equipment experience (skid steer, mini excavator, etc.)
- Snow removal experience
- Mechanical skills
Safety
- PPE required (boots, gloves, eye/ear protection)
