Salary: $65,000 - $90,000

This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced attorneys and professionals supporting affordable housing and real estate initiatives that make a meaningful impact on communities.
3–5 years of experience in affordable housing, real estate development, property management, housing finance, asset management, or a related field
Knowledge of affordable housing programs and compliance requirements (LIHTC, HUD, Section 8, etc.)
Experience reviewing financial statements, budgets, contracts, and real estate documentation
Strong analytical, organizational, xrczosw and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
In this role, you'll support affordable housing developments, real estate transactions, compliance initiatives, and stakeholder coordination while working in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.
