We are seeking three highly organized and detail-oriented individuals to join our Service Verification Department. As a Service Verification Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy of service records, ensuring compliance with Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) standards, and supporting our caregivers in delivering quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain the call dashboard to ensure real-time updates and accuracy.
- Request and process caregiver timesheets in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure compliance with EVV standards by reviewing and reconciling caregiver visit records.
- Identify and address discrepancies in service records, working collaboratively with caregivers, clients and office staff.
- Communicate with caregivers to resolve missing or incomplete service documentation.
- Assist with generating compliance reports and ensuring timely follow-ups on unresolved issues.
- Support the Service Verification Department with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in home care, healthcare, or a related field is a plus.
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with EVV systems and compliance standards is highly desirable. Working experience with HHAeXchange is preferred.
