As an individual contributor, you will play a pivotal role in managing complex, strategic client relationships and shaping the future of our partnerships. This role offers the opportunity to independently drive strategic planning and retention for key clients, while also developing indispensable connections and articulating the unique value ProgenyHealth brings to the table. What You'll Do:
- Independently develop and execute strategic plans, including comprehensive relationship management strategies.
- Lead Maternal and Infant Health business consultations, conduct operational reviews, and present annual ROI in business reviews.
- Drive retention and cross-sell expansion for your assigned portfolio of clients (5-7 accounts).
- Take ownership of processes to ensure exceptional service delivery and compliance with all contract requirements.
- Build and maintain close relationships with clients and clinicians (MDs, RNs, CMs, etc.), independently understanding their environments, missions, and initiatives within health plans and across states.
- Analyze and present clinical Key Performance Indicators to clients with confidence and clarity.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of all ProgenyHealth services and our value proposition, and communicate this effectively to clients.
- Plan, organize, and lead strategic client events such as quarterly and annual meetings as a true individual contributor.
- Utilize your expert problem-solving skills to work both independently and collaboratively within teams when needed.
Who You Are:
- You’re driven to make a meaningful difference in healthcare for women, infants, and families.
- You have 4-6 years of experience in client success, sales, or strategic account management within healthcare, specifically serving complex, multi-state clients.
- Solution provider experience with Blue Plans, Commercial Health Insurance Plans, and/or Medicaid MCOs renewals.
- You have a Bachelor’s degree and perhaps a Master’s degree or clinical background that would be preferred (RN, BSN, CCM, LMHC, etc.).
- Ideally you have some Payment Integrity experience with inpatient claims focus
- You have Exceptional leadership skills, a proven track record of solving complex problems, and the ability to build consensus.
- You’re highly proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- You have Excellent presentation skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- You have a willingness and ability to travel for client on-site visits as needed.
