The Sporting Club at The Bellevue features nearly 100,000 square feet of health, fitness, athletic and social facilities. The facility includes a basketball and pickleball court, state of the art fitness equipment, private saunas, an indoor Olympic sized pool, and various fitness classes. Additionally, the club features 2 squash courts and a golf pavilion with 3 simulators, a hitting net and putting green. Recently, the Sporting Club has gone through a complete renovation transforming it into the ultimate health and wellness destination in Philadelphia.

The Sporting Club at The Bellevue has an exciting opportunity for a Housekeeper to join our growing team. We are looking for energetic, friendly, and experienced professionals who can ensure the cleanliness, order and tidiness of The Sporting Club’s facility, bathrooms, locker rooms, fitness floor and equipment. Our Housekeepers also need to provide exemplary customer service to our members and guests.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily, weekly, monthly cleaning of the Club’s bathrooms, locker rooms, massage rooms, pool, fitness floor, by following the task list, adhering to the highest standard of cleanliness and sanitation to provide a safe and healthy environment for members, guests, and staff
• Collect trash from all receptacles on all floors
• Monitor and stock all bathroom and locker room supplies
• Mop wet areas, hallways and whirlpool area
• Clean and organize storage and laundry
• Replace locker room consumables as needed
• Vacuum carpet, spot clean when stained
• Clean water cooler
• Notify Operations Manager of any work orders that need to be sent
• Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

• Prior experience in cleaning and laundry services preferred
• Current CPR/AED and first aid certification is a plus
• Ability to work flexible schedule including early mornings, late nights, and weekends on a regular basis

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent customer service focus, professionalism, and discretion

Compensation / Benefits

• $18.00/hour
