• Be a partner in enterprise, supporting the Manufacturing Engineer in various projects.
• Guide your team to meet and exceed expectations on every project.
• An organized hand is needed to maintain the tool crib.

• Help map out spaces for new equipment, ensuring everything flows smoothly.

What You Bring

• Foundation of a high school diploma, with extra points for a degree.
• Your five years of experience in manufacturing are invaluable. Lean techniques? Even better!
• 1-3 years behind NC Machine operations make you a pro.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Geometric and trigonometric problem-solving as second nature.
• Measuring skills that put you ahead of the game.
• You understand blueprints like they're your favorite book.
• Team spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills and conversational English.

• Lift 20-50 lbs numerous times each shift.
• Sit, stand, twist, bend—however the day requires.
• Walking? No problem—covering 2-5 miles each shift.
