Enrollment Delivery Manager, Clinical Trials (Oncology)

Massive Bio, Inc.
Pennsylvania

About Massive Bio

Every cancer patient deserves access to treatment options. Massive Bio is an AI-powered precision medicine platform transforming how cancer patients discover and access clinical trials by eliminating the barriers of geography, financial constraints, and information asymmetry that have historically limited enrollment.

Founded in 2015 and headquartered in the US, Massive Bio is scaling its impact globally by powering operations across multiple countries and bringing innovative cancer treatment options to a rapidly growing and diverse population of patients. Through our proprietary AI platform, we connect individuals to clinical trials worldwide and partner with leading pharmaceutical companies, contract research organizations (CROs), and healthcare systems to accelerate drug development and expand equitable access to cutting-edge therapies.

The Position

Massive Bio is growing fast; more patients, more sponsors, more trials, more countries. We're creating an Enrollment Delivery Manager role to scale the operational engine that converts AI-matched patients into enrolled trial participants.

This person owns the enrollment funnel end to end: qualification, site referral, screening, consent, and randomization. You work across internal teams (clinical operations, technology, customer success) and external stakeholders (sites, sponsors, CROs, site networks) to drive throughput, remove friction, and ensure our growth doesn't outpace our ability to deliver.

This is an operations leadership role, not a support function. You own enrollment outcomes and the processes behind them. As volume scales, you'll build and manage a team of Project Managers to expand delivery capacity.

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • 5–8 years leading operational delivery in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment; this could be clinical trials, healthcare services, logistics, consulting, or any industry where you managed end-to-end fulfillment across internal teams and external partners
  • Experience owning a conversion funnel or delivery pipeline end to end; measuring drop-off at each stage, identifying bottlenecks, and improving throughput systematically
  • Track record of scaling an operational function in a fast-growing organization; building repeatable processes, reducing cycle times, and increasing capacity without proportionally increasing headcount
  • Experience coordinating across multiple external partners (sites, vendors, clients, regulatory bodies) and internal teams across countries, cultures, and time zones
  • Strong analytical skills; you build dashboards, work in Excel, present in PowerPoint, and make operational decisions based on data
  • Structured project management discipline with the ability to run multiple parallel workstreams to deadline without dropping balls
  • High energy and comfort with ambiguity; this is a startup building a new function, not a process-following role at a large organization

Preferred:

  • Experience in healthcare, life sciences, clinical trials, or pharma services; you understand the regulatory and operational complexity of this industry
  • Oncology-specific knowledge (biomarker testing, treatment sequencing, clinical trial design)
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification
  • Background in operational value creation, management consulting, industrial engineering, or private equity portfolio operations; we value people who think about growth and operational rigor together
  • Experience with AI-powered platforms or health technology
  • Familiarity with patient recruitment vendors, site networks, or CRO enrollment operations

Why This Role

You're not joining a large team with established playbooks. You're building the delivery engine for a company in a high-growth phase where enrollment speed is the product. The role is designed to grow with a direct line to the C-level and co-founders. Within 12–18 months, you'll hire and lead your own team.
