Sheet Metal Quality Inspector Details:
- Contract to Hire position
- $20.00 /annually
- First Shift
- Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections on fabricated and sheet metal parts
- Use precision measuring tools to verify parts meet drawings and specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation
- Record inspection results accurately in the computer system
- Communicate quality findings and accept/reject decisions with production teams
Sheet Metal Quality Inspector Qualifications:
- Experience in a sheet metal fabrication or production environment
- Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, or similar measurement tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Basic computer skills for inspection logging and data entry
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality processes
