Find out more about this role by reading the information below, then apply to be considered.Mid-sized Montgomery County law firm looking to add an attorney with 3-5 years litigation experience supporting a well-regarded Partner who is a commercial litigator representing businesses and individuals in complex business disputes and real estate conflicts.
You are admitted in Pennsylvania and able to litigate in local, state and federal courts. Manage discovery process, taking and defending depositions. Legal research and writing providing clear, concise arguments.
Strong analytical abilities, excellent writing and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail.
Candidate should be a self starter, willing and able to work independently and as a team player. xrczosw . Firm currently offering hybrid work in office.
