Responsible for the heavy, detailed cleaning and sanitation of assigned kitchen areas.

• Perform heavy, detailed cleaning and sanitation of kitchen areas. ·
• Other related tasks and duties as assigned by management.

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Must be able to safely and effectively use company-provided cleaning chemicals
• Must be able to move and lift up to 100 pounds regularly throughout shift.
• Must be able to reach, grasp, bend, squat, kneel, twist
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications
