Mechanical/HVAC Project Manager
Mechanical/HVAC Project Manager near Philadelphia, PA
We are a growing mechanical contractor in the north-east. We are a full-service, design-build contractor that works on small and large HVAC projects in NJ. We have been around for over 60 years. We are looking to add one additional Mechanical Project Manager/Estimator that can help us work on our current and future projects. This is a permanent position, with career growth and advancement opportunities.
Responsibilities for Plumbing/HVAC Project Manager:
- Work on projects from conceptual to close-out
- Manage multiple projects at a time
- Handle Scheduling, Budgets, and Client & GC relationships
- Coordinate with other trades and crews in the field
Requirements for Plumbing/HVAC Project Manager:
- Prior Mechanical/HVAC Project Management/Estimating experience
- Familiarity with estimating, budgeting and client meetings
- Knowledgeable of NJ HVAC Codes and OSHA requirements
Preferred:
- Local in NJ
- Stable work-history
- Quickpen Estimating experience
- Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or similar
