Site Merchandiser
You’ll be responsible for managing and optimizing product listings, ensuring accurate pricing, inventory visibility, and seamless navigation. From enhancing product categorization and verifying promotions to troubleshooting errors and refining product rankings, you’ll play a key role in driving sales and customer satisfaction. Description
- Product Management: Upload, update, and maintain accurate product listings, including descriptions, SKUs, pricing, and categorization within the PIM system.
- Pricing & Inventory Accuracy: Verify correct pricing, discounts, and stock availability to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Website Quality Control: Identify and fix broken links, missing images, and incorrect product details while conducting regular site audits for errors.
- Product Optimization: Assist in sorting and ranking products based on sales trends, customer behavior, and business priorities.
- Variant & Attribute Management: Ensure accurate display of product variants, including size, color, and style options.
- Customer Experience Support: Update product information based on customer service feedback and common inquiries.
- Promotional Accuracy: Confirm that promotional banners and marketing assets display correctly across homepage and category pages.
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly monitor and refine product presentation and user experience to drive engagement and sales.

- Entry-level corporate experience (not a true first job) Internships or prior temp roles strongly preferred
- Exposure to corporate environment norms (communication structure, escalation paths, professionalism)
- Strong attention to detail (critical for QA and SKU accuracy)

Qualifications
- Marketing BG (major or internship experience)
- Exposure to:
o Digital merchandising
o Ecommerce
o UX or website experience (even academic)
- Retail or merchandising experience is a plus (not required)
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Philadelphia, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
