Parts Counter Associate - Packaging Machinery
Chalfont, PA (On-Site)
Roberts Technology Group is looking for a reliable, organized Parts Counter Associate to support our ILPRA and Sollas packaging machinery customers. This role is all about helping customers quickly identify, quote, and receive the spare parts they need to keep their production lines running.
If you enjoy working with machinery parts, solving problems, and staying organized, this is a great opportunity in a stable, growing industry.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle customer parts inquiries, quotes, and orders.
- Identify and supply spare and replacement parts.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and critical spares.
- Coordinate parts sourcing with manufacturers and suppliers.
- Keep the parts stockroom organized and accurate.
- Support service and sales teams with parts for repairs and upgrades.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with industrial, machinery, or technical parts (preferred).
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical or electrical components (a plus).
