Parts Manager - Packaging Machinery (ILPRA & Sollas)

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Parts Manager to lead the parts department supporting ILPRA America and Sollas packaging systems. This role entails spare and replacement parts operations from identification and quoting to inventory control and customer fulfillment ensuring fast, accurate support for food and consumer-goods packaging equipment.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with industrial machinery parts, understands mechanical and electrical components, and takes pride in delivering responsive, accurate customer service.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the parts department for ILPRA and Sollas equipment.
• Identify, quote, sell, and fulfill spare and replacement parts.
• Serve as primary contact for customer parts inquiries and order status.
• Maintain accurate inventory, stock levels, reorder points, and critical spares.
• Coordinate sourcing with manufacturers and suppliers to meet delivery timelines.
• Process orders, generate quotes/invoices, and maintain clean records.
• Keep parts stockroom organized, labeled, and audit-ready.
• Track high-usage and wear items to support recommended spare-parts programs.
• Support sales and service teams with parts for upgrades and retrofits.
• Assist with forecasting and usage reporting.

What You Bring:

• Experience managing parts for industrial, packaging, or automation equipment.
• Background in parts sales, inventory control, or technical customer support.
• General knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components.
• Strong organization, documentation, and multitasking skills.
