Entry Level Process Equipment Engineer
Your impact
We’re looking for an Entry-Level Process Equipment Engineer who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ operations. Join our Life Sciences North America team, and you’ll have the opportunity to support state-of-the-art projects by assisting with the specification, coordination, and delivery of packaged process equipment.
In this role, you will support the development of equipment specifications, datasheets, and procurement packages, while helping ensure equipment is properly integrated into Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), and overall facility layouts. You will coordinate closely with other engineering disciplines (process, mechanical, piping, electrical, automation, architectural, and structural) to ensure packaged equipment scope is fully integrated into the building design and supports constructability, operability, and maintenance requirements.
You’ll gain exposure to equipment selection, vendor coordination, and technical submittal reviews, while learning how complex equipment systems interface with utilities, controls, and facility infrastructure. You will also assist in ensuring that fabrication, construction, installation, and operational testing activities conform to functional specifications, recognized codes and standards, and client requirements, helping deliver impactful projects at both local and global scales.
You’ll be accountable for the schedule and technical quality of assigned engineering tasks as you develop an understanding of project scope, budget, and client expectations. Surrounded by strong mentorship and collaborative teams, you’ll build a solid foundation in process equipment engineering while contributing meaningfully to integrated facility design and delivery.
