Job Title: Commercial Electrical Estimator - Project Manager

Location: West Grove, PA on-site

Salary: $80k-$120k DOE

Requirements: Journeyman Certification or Masters Electrician License preferred, 3+ years experience in Commercial & Residential Estimating, Project Management, Accubid or McCormick Estimating Software, NEC codes

Position Overview
The Commercial Electrical Estimator - Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the estimation and management of electrical projects from inception to completion. This role requires a blend of technical electrical knowledge, project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and detailed electrical estimates for commercial projects
• Manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring financial targets are met
• Review and analyze blueprints and electrical systems to determine project requirements
• Lead project meetings and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members
• Negotiate contracts and terms with clients and vendors
• Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues
• Monitor project progress and implement necessary changes to ensure successful outcomes
• Utilize estimating software such as McCormicks and Accubid for bid preparation
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and regulations throughout all phases of the project
• Provide leadership and support to project teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration

Qualifications

• Master Electrician or Journeyman Electrician License
• 3+ yrs minimum of Electrical Estimatimating or Project Management in the Electrical Construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and relevant electrical codes.
• Excellent skills in project management, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel for project design and documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relations.
• Experience with risk assessment and quality control processes.
