Job Overview
As a Personal Trainer, you will be more than a coach. You are a motivator, educator, and accountability partner who drives meaningful results for our members. This role is responsible for delivering high-energy training sessions, designing personalized fitness programs, and creating an environment where members feel supported, challenged, and inspired. Through measurable outcomes, you will increase retention and contribute directly to personal training revenue growth.
You will assess individual goals and fitness levels, build structured programming, and continuously track progress to ensure long-term success. Beyond the workout, you will foster strong relationships, build community within the club, and create an experience that keeps members engaged and committed to their fitness journey.
Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to combine technical coaching expertise with encouragement and accountability to drive real results.
What We Expect
- Lead & Energize – Coach both one on one and group training sessions while bringing high energy to every workout.
- Asses & Personalize – Evaluate clients’ fitness levels, goals, and health history, creating tailored programs that deliver results.
- Educate & Inspire – Teach proper exercise techniques, ensuring safe, effective workouts that build strength and confidence.
- Track Progress – Monitor client performance, adjust programs as needed, and celebrate their wins.
- Create a community – Build strong relationships with members, offering ongoing support and motivation.
What You Bring
- A recognized Personal Training certification (ACSM, NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.) OR bachelor's degree in exercise science/related field.
- Valid CPR/AED certification
- Experience in Personal Training or Group Fitness coaching preferred
- A passion for helping others succeed and a natural ability to motivate others
- Strong communication skills and professional presence
- Ability to command a room and lead with confidence
- Coachable, growth-oriented mindset

Schedule
Schedule will align to club peak hours and member traffic with flexible working hours and self-scheduling options.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay + commission
- Uncapped commissions with no minimum threshold. Personal Trainers earn commission on every package sold or upgraded, with no qualifier required.
