Sieger’s Jewelers is seeking a polished, friendly, and service‑focused Part-Time Jewelry Guest Services Associate to help create a welcoming, seamless in‑store experience for every customer who walks through our door.

As the first point of contact, you’ll set the tone for each visit — greeting clients, supporting the sales team, and ensuring the store environment reflects the care and professionalism our family-owned business is known for.

Position Details

Hours: 20–25 hours per week Schedule Window: Between 9:30 AM and 5:15 PM , Monday through Saturday Pay: $12–$16 per hour , based on experience

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Hospitality

• Welcome every client with warmth, professionalism, and a polished presence
• Assist with basic inquiries, offer refreshments, and ensure customer comfort
• Connect clients with the appropriate sales associate and help manage store flow
• Support appointment coordination and ensure smooth transitions from arrival to consultation

Store Environment & Presentation

• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting entrance and reception area
• Uphold Sieger’s presentation standards throughout the store
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks to keep the store polished and welcoming

Operations & Coordination

• Track daily client traffic and maintain accurate records
• Support communication between the front entrance, sales team, and repair intake
• Maintain knowledge of store offerings to confidently answer basic questions

Sales Support & Service Assistance

• Assist with jewelry cleanings, job pickups, and basic intake of service items
• Keep hospitality stations stocked and presentation materials ready
• Support daily opening and closing procedures, including setup and breakdown tasks

Security & Professional Standards

• Follow all store security protocols to ensure the safety of clients, staff, and inventory
• Maintain a professional appearance consistent with a fine jewelry environment

Qualifications & Attributes

• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or concierge-style roles preferred
• Warm, polished, and personable demeanor
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
• Ability to stay composed and service‑focused in a busy environment
• Interest in jewelry and willingness to learn
• Availability to work within the listed schedule
