We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Key Responsibilities: Help with staffing
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, responding promptly and professionally.
Maintain office supplies and inventory, ordering as necessary.
Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in various systems.
Support team members with administrative tasks and projects as required. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
