Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish Speaking)
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish Speaking) to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. Located in Philadelphia, PA, this Contract to Hire opportunity begins with a Hybrid training program and transitions to a Remote work arrangement for qualified candidates residing in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Delaware. This position plays an important role in delivering exceptional service to customers by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and providing guidance across a variety of service related topics. Successful candidates will bring strong communication abilities, a customer focused mindset, and the ability to manage multiple resources while delivering a positive support experience.
Compensation:
$18.90/hour
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 37.5 hour work week with shifts scheduled between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM EST. Training is conducted over a 10 week period from 8:30 AM to 4:45 PM EST. No weekend or holiday coverage required.
Key Responsibilities of the Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish Speaking):

• Deliver professional assistance to customers by answering questions, resolving service concerns, and providing accurate information through inbound phone interactions.
• Support customers with account related requests, coverage inquiries, enrollment matters, access issues, and general service needs while ensuring a positive experience.
• Navigate multiple applications and digital resources simultaneously to research information and complete customer requests efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of service quality through effective communication, active listening, and thoughtful problem resolution.
• Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions and follow established processes to support operational effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills for the Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish Speaking):

• Fluency in both Spanish and English, including strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum of one year of experience in an inbound customer support or contact center environment; experience focused on sales or collections is not applicable.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent educational background required.
• Ability to manage several systems at once while maintaining accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
• Residence within Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Delaware with the ability to attend required onsite training in Philadelphia and maintain a private workspace with reliable high speed internet for Remote work.
