Assistant Landscape Account Manager

The Assistant Landscape Account Manager will play a key role in supporting account and operations managers, assisting with property measurements, proposal preparation, and client communications. Responsibilities

• Measure commercial properties and prepare detailed proposals based on customer requests.
• Assist in generating sales by identifying and recommending landscape enhancement opportunities and additional services to clients.
• Support the planning, scheduling, and daily implementation of tasks for multiple field crews in commercial landscape maintenance.
• Monitor contract specifications, budgets, and client requirements to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Communicate effectively with customers to address needs and provide updates on services.
• Participate in and help manage snow removal activities during the winter season as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape maintenance and design.
• Associate's degree in horticulture or a related field.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong client-service skills and the ability to communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Self-starter with a sense of ownership and responsibility for assigned work.
• Desire to learn and grow within the company, with the goal of advancing to an Account Manager position.
• Willingness to participate in snow removal operations during winter months.

Compensation

$21.00 - $25.00 per hour
