Your future role
"Take on a new challenge and apply your project scheduling and time management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and proactive teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring on-time delivery (OTD) performance by developing and maintaining project schedules while fostering synchronization among internal stakeholders. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Management, Finance, and Engineering), analyze critical paths and risks, and ensure the consistency of stakeholder commitments—and much more."
We’ll look to you for:
Analyzing the schedule management requirements of the Customer (contractual tool, schedule structure, reporting constraints, etc.).,
Defining tender preparation schedules and monitoring them until the submission of the tender.,
Detailing the tender schedule based on Reference Library templates, gap analysis, Metiers commitments, and PXO tender strategy.,
Highlighting the critical path and risks linked to the project schedule and proposing optimization and mitigation actions.,
Contributing to the project strategy with the project schedule in compliance with contractual requirements.,
Defining and maintaining the Project Time Management Plan based on inputs from all stakeholders and keeping it updated.,
Building the project schedule based on internal standard WBS, contractual targets, and data provided by all stakeholders.,
Organizing and leading periodic project schedule sessions.,
Providing timely updated schedule situations highlighting the gap between the actual and the baseline.,
Promoting time management practices awareness in the project team."

Degree in Engineering or a related field (a combination of experience and education may substitute for a degree). ,
Experience or understanding of project planning/project controls (minimum of 4 years). ,
Knowledge of planning software such as P6 (Planisware knowledge is a plus). ,
Familiarity with railway products and systems (preferred but not required). ,
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. ,
Agility to manage schedules, simulate scenarios, and adapt to changing project goals. ,
Conflict management and multi-tasking abilities. ,
Forensic planning skills (preferred). ,
Proactive mindset with the ability to challenge project teams and propose solutions.
