This position provides high level professional phone and email support for UPS sales personnel, internal UPS teams, and external UPS Customers. This position performs document maintenance, database key entry, processes new customer requests, distributes documentation and reports, and assists with special projects as needed. This position is not remote and requires the selected candidate to report to the PAPHI location on a daily basis. The schedule is Monday-Friday, approximately 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM. Responsibilities: Prepares complex reports and presentations Determines methods and procedures for completing complex tasks Provides advanced office support knowledge and skill Prepares and/or coordinates information for internal and external contacts Qualifications: High school diploma, GED, or International equivalent Strong written and verbal communication skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook Willing to work flexible hours and overtime on occasion

Must be located in the same geographic area as the job or be willing to self-relocate
