ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive outreach and exceptional service.
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and financial services.
Effectively present and explain insurance policy features, benefits, and coverage options.
Achieve sales goals and contribute to the overall growth of the agency.
Stay current with industry trends, product knowledge, and compliance requirements.
Process applications, follow up on policy issuance, and assist with claims inquiries.
RequirementsPennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Pennsylvania Life & Health Insurance License.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance sales or a customer-facing role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to help others.
