  • Drive operational discipline by improving visibility, accountability, and execution rigor.

Portfolio Roadmap and Prioritization:

  • Lead planning and coordination of roadmaps across Marketing and Sales Technology programs including digital merchandising, marketing channels, data management, content management, sales enablement, generative AI, and related initiatives.
  • Maintain a centralized roadmap view that communicates quarterly priorities, launches, enhancements, dependencies, and timing.

  • Track and communicate program-level value realization including revenue enablement, productivity improvement, and cost savings.

Process Improvement and Product Management Enablement:

  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate product management operations.
  • Improve templates, dashboards, meeting structures, and communications to reduce administrative burden and increase effectiveness.
  • Support onboarding and enablement of product managers on processes, tools, and operating mechanisms.

HOW YOU WILL GET HERE:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience leading complex projects and/or programs in a matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional programs involving marketing, sales, IT, finance, procurement, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, marketing technology, sales technology, customer data, content operations, AI-enabled capabilities, or commercial technology platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage portfolio-level roadmaps, dashboards, governance processes, risks, dependencies, and executive communications.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess program health, track KPIs, evaluate ROI, forecast outcomes, and communicate business impact.
  • Exceptional organization, planning, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Ability to think strategically while also operating hands-on to drive tactical execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear executive-level presentations and concise status updates.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence without authority across divisional, regional, global, commercial, marketing, IT, and leadership teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations, apply independent judgment, identify practical solutions, and drive decisions.
  • High standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Track record of delivering complex programs with measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience working in a large, matrixed enterprise environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in product management operations, digital marketing operations, marketing technology operations, commercial technology, or sales enablement technology.
