Job Duties: 1. Design, implement and deploy cloud computing systems to support and meet business needs; identify, recommend and implement opportunities for improvement and performance issue solutions. 2. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware or software issues for new and existing cloud technologies and tools. 3. Plan and implement new technologies and major releases for the most critical enterprise-wide IT cloud platform projects. 4. Provide technical support and ensure reliable operation of cloud production; diagnose and troubleshoot the most complex issues for cloud computing systems on multiple platforms; maintain comprehensive technical knowledge of software and infrastructure platforms. 5. Develop technical standards; test and evaluate IT vendor products; review configuration parameters to optimize system performance and maximize operation uptime. 6. Elevate code into the development, test and production environments on schedule and provide follow-up production support; submit change control requests and documents. 7. Utilize understanding of client area business functions and requirements; determine the appropriate technical tool to address the client's business needs. 8. Train and mentor more junior staff on processes and technologies; troubleshoot and resolve the most complex issues elevated from staff; and update, write and maintain documentation for the department. 9. Administer system activities; write technical portion of assigned deliverables; and perform systems analysis, including system requirements analysis and definition, along with logical design. 10. May telecommute.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Information Systems or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in an Application Engineering Technical Lead - II -related occupation.

In the alternative, employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Information Systems, or related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in an Application Engineering Technical Lead - II -related occupation.
