Pay Range: $55,000 to $60,000/year

Position Summary:
Seeking a Generalist Medical Technologist with comprehensive experience across core laboratory disciplines to contribute to a fast-paced acute care hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic testing in chemistry, hematology, coagulation, and immunology.

• Accurately validate, interpret, and report laboratory results.

• Troubleshoot and maintain laboratory instruments and analyzers.

• Adhere to laboratory protocols, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance standards.

• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and clinical teams to support patient care.

Qualifications:

• Active Florida Medical Technologist License (required).

• Minimum 1 year of general hospital-based laboratory experience (acute care preferred).

• Strong understanding of core lab disciplines and instrumentation.

• No employment gaps exceeding 1 year.
