Trinity Axis Inc., an early-stage company headquartered in Harleysville, Pennsylvania, is currently recruiting for a Junior
Assembly Technician. The Company creates hardware, software, and electronic solutions for smart vending machines. The
individual should have experience in assembly, installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting of electromechanical systems. The individual should be willing to drive to various locations in PA, NJ, DE, NY, MD, VA and surrounding states.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Interpret and work from schematics, drawings, work instructions and bills of material
- Assemble, modify, rework, and/or re-assemble production components utilizing drawings, process documentation, and/or verbal instructions
- Fasten cables and wiring and solder electrical components
- Install full sized and compact vending machines
- Responsible for all activities from pre-assembly to shipping products to their destinations
Skills & Experience Required:
- Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering OR High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Should be able to lift and move at least 70 pounds
- A basic understanding of how to read & interpret 2D & 3D diagrams of components, production assembly
- drawings/diagrams, bill of materials routing notes
- Able to use common hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Experience in basic project documentation (quality check, test procedures, reports, wiring diagrams, etc.)
- Employee will be trained in any aspects they are unfamiliar with
