Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary: Up to $90,000/year (based on experience)

Job Responsibilities

• Full-time (30+ hours/week)
• See an average of 12 patients per day
• Provide 100% one-on-one patient care in 40-minute sessions
• Work with manual therapy, vestibular, and balance patients
• Treat a diverse population: adult through geriatric
• Learn and grow with EMG testing opportunities
• Document with Prompt EMR

Professional Growth – ECS Opportunity

We are especially interested in PTs who are excited about pursuing Board Certification as an Electrophysiological Clinical Specialist (ECS) .

• ECS certification allows PTs to perform EMG testing independently.
• This involves a three-year residency that prepares you for the board exam.
• We are willing to support and invest in a PT pursuing this path, but it does require a commitment to remain employed with us long-term, as the residency involves significant time and supervisory investment on our part.
• While an ECS-track PT would be ideal, we also welcome staff PTs who are passionate about outpatient care and professional growth.

Requirements

• Active and clear Pennsylvania PT License
• New graduates welcome to apply
• Interest in EMG testing and/or ECS certification a plus
