Visualization Coordinator
Location-Type: Hybrid - 1 day/week onsite (Wednesdays)
Start Date Is: 8/4/25
Duration: Contract 6 months - until 2/6/26
Compensation Range: $20.00-$26.00/hr
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the end-to-end production of 3D exterior renderings used in brochures and community websites

Review and proof vendor artwork at key stages (first and second tier reviews)
-
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to maintain project timelines
-
Update databases daily to track project progress, budgets, and vendor performance

Support and enhance operational workflows to optimize both speed and output quality

Uphold Toll Brothers brand standards across all visual assets

Qualifications:
Required:

Bachelor's Degree

1–3 years of relevant experience in design coordination, visualization, or project management
Preferred:

Degree in Architecture, Architectural Visualization, Art, or Interior Design

3 years of experience in a similar role
