As a Special Education Assistant, you will be a vital part of a student's success. You will work closely with teachers and students to create a supportive learning experience by:

• Assisting teachers in maintaining a structured and engaging classroom environment.

• Providing one-on-one or small-group tutoring to reinforce learning.

• Helping distribute and collect materials to ensure smooth classroom operations.

• Offering students encouragement, emotional support, and guidance.

• Monitoring student activities to ensure a safe and productive space.

• Collaborating with teachers to adapt programs and materials to meet student needs.

• Attending team meetings and training sessions to grow your skills.
