What You'll Do:
🎯 Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and courtesy
📞 Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
🗂️ Maintain organized front desk operations and filing systems
✉️ Handle correspondence, including emails and mail distribution
📅 Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff
🤝 Support administrative tasks as needed to enhance office efficiency
What We're Looking For:
✅ Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience without
a degree; 0-6
months experience with an Associate degree or secretarial school
✅ Strong verbal and written communication skills
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
✅ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✅ Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
✅ Positive attitude with a commitment to customer service excellence
