Overview
PT - Physical Therapist in York, Pennsylvania, traveling to a long-term care setting. Start date: 04/06/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $2,254 to $2,401 per week. Responsibilities
- Perform initial evaluations and develop comprehensive physical therapy plans of care for residents in a LTC setting.
- Implement treatment plans including therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, ROM, strength, and modalities as appropriate.
- Monitor progress, document interventions, and adjust treatment plans to meet resident goals.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to set goals, coordinate care, and support discharge planning.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory and facility policies.

Requirements
- This is a travel temporary assignment; ability to commit to a 13-week contract.
- Availability to work a fixed 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. schedule, weekdays.
- Experience in long-term care settings is preferred.
- Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to work effectively in a LTC environment and meet programmatic objectives.
