We are looking for dedicated TEMP - Warehouse Associate in Northampton, PA 18067 with $21.00/hr pay for a 1-month temp opportunity). You will be responsible for a variety of general labor tasks supporting daily distribution center workflows, inventory and handling the safe receiving, organized storage, and accurate order fulfillment. This position is ideal for an individual who takes pride in active, hands-on work, maintains high ethical standards, and thrives in a safety-first team environment. – APPLY NOW!

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Dress Code:

Shirt, jeans or non-athletic pants with no holes. Steel-toe shoes are strictly required (candidate must provide their own footwear; safety vests will be provided on-site).

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handle daily receiving and shipping workflows by manually loading and unloading incoming and outgoing freight.
• Safely operate high-capacity material handling machinery, including sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, order pickers, and reach trucks.
• Conduct regular inventory tracking, cycle counting, and systematic replenishment of products.
• Build, wrap, and stage product pallets efficiently to prepare orders for transit and distribution.
• Adhere strictly to warehouse safety guidelines and equipment inspection procedures to maintain an accident-free workspace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with proven hands-on experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment.
• Demonstrated competency and safety training in operating sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, order pickers, and reach trucks.
• Outstanding physical stamina and the ability to perform demanding physical labor, including regular heavy lifting.
• A high commitment to professional ethics, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to work highly effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
