- Travel assignment through Healthforce Healthcare LLC Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living under supervision, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support patient mobility and transfers using safe, approved techniques
- Measure and document vital signs; report abnormal findings
- Observe patient needs and communicate changes to the care team
- Assist with meals, hydration, and basic nutrition support
- Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable care environments; ensure proper patient safety protocols Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania CNA certification or license in good standing
- Prior CNA experience preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
