Compensation: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour, plus overtime and per diem

Job Overview

Our client, a top-5 fastest-growing solar company in the nation that focuses on the development, engineering, procurement, and construction of commercial solar projects, is looking to bring on multiple Commercial Solar Installers to support a large volume of solar projects being built throughout the United States in 2026. This is a full-time, permanent role with our client.

Job Responsibilities

• Travelling to project sites throughout the Northeast
• Installing commercial rooftop racking, railing, and ballasted systems
• Installing and connecting solar modules and inverters
• Ensuring safety standards are met and adhered to

Successful Candidates Must Have:

• At least 4 years of consistent commercial solar installation experience; experience on rooftop projects over 1 MW is a plus
• Willingness to travel
• The ability to work at heights and lift heavy materials
• Communication, collaboration, and detail-orientation skills

Compensation & Benefits
