Associate Optometrist

Position Overview
They are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Associate Optometrist to join their practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a doctor who values comprehensive care, enjoys working with diverse patient populations, and wants to practice full-scope optometry in a supportive and well-equipped setting.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive eye examinations for patients of all ages
- Diagnose and manage ocular diseases and conditions
- Provide medical eye care, including treatment and follow-up
- Conduct specialized contact lens fittings and evaluations
- Perform pediatric eye examinations
- Educate patients on treatment plans, preventative care, and vision correction options
- Collaborate with optical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records
Qualifications
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution
- Active Pennsylvania optometry license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical skills and commitment to high-quality patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
