• Developing industry leading speech recognition software for the medical field
• Contributing during all stages of the software development process in an agile environment
• Collaborating with multiple development teams, product owners, business partners, and customers

Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher AND seven (7) years of Software Development experience

OR

• High School Diploma/GED from AND eleven (11) years of Software Development experience

AND In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• Seven (7) years of experience .NET Desktop application development using C# and WPF
• Seven (7) years of experience build automation using software such as Ant, Jenkins and Artifactory
• Seven (7) years of experience writing unit tests and automating testing cases
• Seven (7) years of experience performing technical code reviews
• Seven (7) years of experience supporting software in production

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience creating cross platform applications for Windows, macOS, and web
