Apartment Maintenance Technician

Berger Communities is hiring a Service Technician for Apartments at North Park in Allison Park, PA. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for maintaining apartments and community spaces—handling repairs, preparing apartments for new residents, and helping ensure everything looks and functions at its best. • $23–$26/hour , plus:

Schedule: Tuesday -Saturday

Minimum Experience: Two years maintenance experience and/or training. High School or GED required, Trade School or Industry Training is a plus!

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the go-to person for keeping our apartment community running smoothly. That means:

• Handling service requests and repairs in apartments and buildings
• Getting empty homes move-in ready
• Keeping the grounds, amenities, and common areas looking great
• Doing preventive maintenance and inspections
• Jumping in on snow removal and sharing on-call shifts
• Creating a great resident experience with friendly, professional service
