Top US law firm with exceptional offices near Liverpool Street is seeking a superstar Corporate Legal PA who thrives in a busy corporate setting and delivers high-level support to a market-leading Corporate Partner whose practice is fast-moving, high-volume, and incredibly dynamic.

Corporate Legal PA Key Responsibilities:
- Full diary and inbox management, including monitoring, reading and delegating emails
- Extensive travel coordination including flights, hotels, rail and detailed itineraries
- Opening, closing and managing client matters/files
- Amending lengthy legal documentation and drafting agreements and engagement letters
- Preparing billing, expense reports, and KYC documentation
- Producing PowerPoint presentations, visual diagrams and client materials including bundles/CD bibles
- Printing and preparing client documentation as required
- Organising and maintaining team training records
Corporate Legal PA Skills & Requirements:
- Solid Legal PA / Legal Secretarial experience at Partner level within a law firm
- Advanced Microsoft Office Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
- Previous experience and deep expertise of using document management and e-filing systems
- Experience in amending lengthy documents
- Excellent IT and IT troubleshooting skills, also able to comfortably pick up new systems with a logical approach
