Toll Brothers , America's Luxury Home Builder, seeks an Accounts Payable Supervisor to join us at our Corporate office located in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania

What is the opportunity?

The Accounts Payable Supervisor position is a member of the Toll Brothers Account Team responsible for supervising the Accounts Payable staff including training, assigning and directing the processing of invoices and payments.

What are the primary responsibilities?

• Manage and oversee the efficient processing of a high volume of invoices.
• Manage weekly payment runs; supervise and manage staff and processes.
• Streamline workflows to meet scheduled deadlines.
• Responsibility for new vendor setups and maintenance.
• Complete 1099 reporting requirements
• Assist with audits and quarterly reporting.

Do you have these ?

• Essential:
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office programs, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Preferred:
  • JD Edwards and Enterprise One experience.
  • Advanced abilities with Excel.
  • Knowledge and Familiarity with Concur Expense Processing System.
  • Purchasing Card management experience.
  • Three years of experience in Accounts Payable background preferred.
